As the weather worsens my fingernails and surrounding skin tend to dry out and look unsightly. Moisturizing is certainly a must, but what else can I do to keep my nails healthy?
I typically cut them down and file them religiously at this time of year, hoping to proactively prevent breakages and splits. I recently found a video on YouTube explaining nail buffing, something that's rather cheap and a great way to keep one's nails looking professional and attractive.
With concerns about nail polish remover and nail polish chemical use and adrenal stress concerns, it's always neat being able to find alternatives that help keep us neat and pretty while keeping us healthy.
