Interesting article on the dangers lurking behind common beauty and hygiene products from Good.com, titled The Story of Cosmetics.
This is apparently a series of articles emerging from the author's collaboration on a book: "the series is our attempt to share what we've learned about the health and environmental impacts of all the goop we put on ourselves every day."
I've been aware of the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics and the Skin Deep cosmetics database for quite a few years, and am very happy to see they keep making headway.
